50 gm chives, cut into thinly
3 fresh prawns, dice into 1/2 cm cube
2 eggs , lightly beaten with a tbsp of water
1. Mix well all ingredients .
2. Heat frying pan, add 1 tbsp peanut oil.
3. Add 2-3 tbsp of egg mixture. When egg mixture set, flip and cook the other side.
4. Cut the chives omelette into wedges and serve.
