Homemade Pistachio Pesto


50g roasted pistachios

80g basil

50g parmesan (grated)

150ml olive oil

2 garlic cloves


Put everything in a foodprocessor and whiss till smooth, add salt and pepper to taste.

Pesto can be added to cooked spaghetti or as topping for roast chicken etc
