GROW

Propagate : cuttings , seedings

Light : sunny

Water : once a day

Soil: good drainage

Fertilizer: twice a month


USES

Treat digestion problems, poor appetite, water retention, and toothache; to start menstruation; and to promote sleep : Can be consumed as tea, all you need is 1 tbsp. fresh tarragon and boiling water. Pour the boiling water over fresh leaves. Let steep five minutes. Sweeten tarragon with fresh stevia leaves or honey.


Prevent Anemia : Tarragon leaves contain iron mineral which is important to produce red blood cells containing hemoglobin. It also contains rich levels of vitamin c which help in absorbing the iron in the body and hence can be used to avoid blood-related issues such as anaemia. Consume as tea.
