Beijing Grass is an exotic medicinal herb that comes from the Spiderwort family of plants. Although it's rare and hard to find, Beijing Grass actually grows very easily. It's a low-lying grassy perennial ground cover that grows and spreads very quickly. Plant in the ground or in pots! The smooth green leaves are about 3 to 6 inches long, and can be eaten raw, cooked or juiced.
